Certificates of Completion

CME/CE Credits will be awarded according to the hours claimed by each participant on the Evaluations and Verification of Participation Packet.

If you prefer a hard copy of this package please stop by the registration desk. If you haven't received your certificate within 3 weeks of the course, please contact us immediately.

Registration

Registration and Continental Breakfast will start at 7:00am on Saturday April 2, at the Hidalgo Ballroom Foyer. See Agenda for more details.

Early Registration.

We will have an early registration desk on Friday, April 1st from 6:00pm to 7:00pm for those of you who would like to pick up the course materials early. We will be located at the Hidalgo Ballroom Foyer.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast will be offered every day for attendees only.

Laptop

In an effort to go green, the syllabus will be offered on usb/jump drive format; please do not forget to bring your laptop if you like to follow the lectures from your own computer screen.

Participants are cordially invited to attend our Hors d'œuvres Reception on Monday, April 4, 2011 starting at 5:00pm.
